The thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodological and applied substantiation of organizational and economic principles of construction, functioning and transformation of competitive agricultural production management systems of agrarian enterprises, integrated into their management system. The conceptual-categorical apparatus of management of competitiveness of agrarian enterprises has been identified. The scientific principles of the organization of monitoring, control and standardization of quality of products of agrarian enterprises are substantiated. The methodical principles of evaluation of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises' competitiveness management systems are determined. The level of competitiveness and efficiency of agrarian enterprises activity is estimated. The features and level of resource support for increasing the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises are determined. The features of the use of the innovative component of the potential of increasing the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises are outlined. The organizational and economic mechanism for increasing the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises on a resource basis is substantiated. Innovative resources of increasing the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises products are identified. The strategic principles of using investment instruments for increasing the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises are substantiated. The paper substantiates the conceptual principles of the construction and functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of managing the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises and their products, which is based on the dynamism and identification of the transformation directions of the respective control systems, the components and elements of which are functionally designed to form and mobilize the resource potential of increasing the competitiveness of products and economic efficiency. main activity. The scientific interpretation of the definition of "competitiveness management system" is provided by identifying the components, components and elements of this system, their functional load, as well as rational directions, ways and means of integration into the general management system of the enterprise. The scientific principles of the organization of monitoring the level of competitiveness of agrarian enterprises and the resource provision of its increase are improved on the basis of control of indicators and parameters of resource efficiency and resource conservation, financial and economic stability, cost and product quality, profitability of production, productivity and management efficiency. The methodical approach to the evaluation of the efficiency of agrarian enterprises' competitiveness management systems based on the use of comparable indicators, scores and resource use ratings and competitiveness levels is substantiated. The dependence of the level of competitiveness and efficiency of agrarian enterprises activity on their size, scale of production and industrial specialization has been identified. The typology of agrarian enterprises is executed on the level of development of resource potential for increasing the competitiveness of products by substantiating the parameters of availability of resource, production and commercial opportunities for increasing competitiveness and efficiency, as well as identifying areas for creating sustainable competitive advantages. The peculiarities of using the innovative component of the potential of increasing the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises by identifying production, technological, commercial and organizational and managerial innovations are identified. The estimation of innovative resources of increase of competitiveness of products of agrarian enterprises during construction and transformation of control systems of competitiveness of their products is executed. The strategic principles of the use of investment instruments for improving competitiveness are substantiated by the formulation of general and detailed strategies of economic development of agrarian enterprises with the orientation towards the achievement of goals defined at the stages of generation and planning of these strategies.
