Essay

The Thesis is dedicated to optimization of diagnostics and prediction of the course of alcohol liver cirrhosis in combination with chronic bronchitis based on clinical and pathogenetic peculiarities of the specified comorbide lesions. According to the results of the survey of 123 patients showed an increase in liver insufficiency, along with the appearance of multiple organ failure for combined pathology, especially in B and C classes for Child-Pugh. An adverse effect of immune-inflammatory activation, endotoxemia, endothelial dysfunction, hypoxia and activation of fibrogenesis on the course and prognosis of liver alcohol cirrhosis in combination with chronic bronchitis has been established. It is scientifically substantiated that the use of CLIF-SOFA, CLIF-C ACLF and CLIF-AD ACLF predictive indexes and the additional inclusion in the patient screening algorithm for the determination of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor alpha, antiendotoxin antibodies, hypoxia-inducible factor-1 alpha, asymmetric dimethylarginine and connective tissue activating growth factor for the early detection of a dangerous course of alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver in combination with chronic bronchitis.
