Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of pediatrics – to increase the effectiveness of specific vaccination against Streptococcus pneumoniae, at children with undifferentiated dysplasia connective tissue (UDCT) on the basis of in-depth study of nonspecific local immunity. Conducted analysis of anamnestic, clinical, instrumental, laboratory research has identified the risk factors for the development of UDCT and recurrent respiratory diseases at children with and without clinical signs DCT. Based on the results of the conducted studies, local changes have been proved humoral and cellular immunity at children with UDCT. Less content found IL-4, IL-10, secretory IgA, complement component and higher IgG levels in the saliva of children with UDCT. Immunocytochemical and morphological study of smears scaffolds from the mucous membranes of the tonsils, showed a decrease IgA expression markers, macrophage markers CD16 and CD68, high expressions of IgE at children with UDCT. Indicative about forecasting development recurrent respiratory diseases at children is the ratio of coefficients IL10/IL4, IL10/γ-interferon, IgG/IgA, CD68/CD16. Conducted analysis of anamnestic, clinical, instrumental, laboratory research has identified the risk factors for the development of UDCT and recurrent respiratory diseases at children with and without clinical signs UDCT. An evaluation of the effectiveness of specific vaccination against Streptococcus pneumoniae at children with and without clinical signs of UDCT showed, that the vaccine prophylaxis from Streptococcus pneumoniae is one of the most effective methods of prevention of recurrent respiratory diseases and the development of complications during their course. The expediency of correction of nonspecific local immunity by children with UDCT as a measure of primary prevention of recurrent respiratory diseases.
