Solodchenko S. Legal support for the implementation of the control functions of economic entities

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of legal support for the implementation of the control functions of economic entities that precede the control, providing its effectiveness. The research reveals the features of semantic interpretation of control functions, self-control and control over counterparts. The dissertation determines the spheres of unsatisfactory state of control over work, products, goods, services quality; contractual and economic-procedural discipline; economic use of natural and energy resources; ensuring information and communication security. The dissertation characterizes the content of the control environment of territorial and economic systems formed for the state programme execution «Affordable housing». The system approach position in the study of control functions of economic entities is improved. It is suggested to enter a number of new terms into a scientific circulation and to define their concepts: «functional capacity of economic entities», «control environment of territorial and economic system», «fictitious administration», «shikaner», «abuse of control powers of economic entities», etc. The necessity to add the list of economic offenses with new kinds is substantiated and their components are developed. Some changes to economic, tax, criminal and other law are suggested.
