Kharkovenko R. Formation and systematization of the process of state registration of cultural heritage monuments in Ukraine (1991 2017).

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the formation and systematization of the process of state registration of monuments of cultural heritage in the period from 1991 to 2017. In the presented comprehensive study, based on the analysis of international regulatory and legal acts in the field of cultural heritage protection, the national legislation of Ukraine, business management materials and a report study of the historiography of the problem, the main directions of the inventory of cultural heritage in Ukraine were analyzed. The legislative base of Ukraine, which regulates the monument protection sphere, has been studied. The level of compliance of the state's monumental affairs with certain international standards is analyzed. It is determined that compliance with international requirements should be carried out taking into account the historically formed national specifics. A set of problematic issues of the Ukrainian protected area has been singled out, which require improvement: accounting and control over the state of preservation of cultural heritage sites; improvement of state structures for the protection of cultural heritage and legislative support for this sector; taking into account the features of the historically formed system for the protection of monuments, etc.
