Shpomer T. Financial support for innovative development of agricultural engineering

The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical and methodical aspects of financial support for innovative development of agricultural engineering and development of a marketing complex and harmonization mechanism. The paper discloses the essence of financial support for innovative development of agricultural engineering and gives the institutional conditions of financial support in the sub-sector of agricultural engineering. The system of principles of financial support for innovative development has been supplemented. The external factors that influence the strategy of financial support as a part of the strategy of innovation development have been considered and the stages of its formation oriented to market conditions have been determined. The analysis of the current state of innovation development of agricultural engineering has been carried out, the sources of financing of innovations and the factors that influence the amount of financing of innovative processes in the sub-sector of agricultural engineering have been investigated. It has been proposed to create integrated formations (innovation and investment system, and innovation and investment production complex) and use a logistic approach to the process of financial support for innovative development of agricultural engineering. The structural and logical model of financial support on the basis of the implementation of the marketing complex and harmonization mechanism has been developed and substantiated and the methodology for evaluation of its effectiveness has been presented.
