The category of psychological (psychotherapeutic) services is considered to be a complex concept that encompasses the social, economic, legal, and actually psychological aspects. The content of the civil law contact on providing psychological (psychotherapeutic) services includes essential, ordinary and casual conditions. The civil law regulation of providing the quality of psychological and psychotherapeutic services is analyzed. It is worth emphasizing that the assessment of the quality of psychological and psychotherapeutic services can be objective and subjective. In the former case, the quality of the corresponding services can be assessed taking into account the normative standards, criteria and requirements. In the latter case, evaluation of the quality of psychological and psychotherapeutic services is performed by clients of the services provided in the process of receiving them. According to criteria such as a subjective assessment of their own well-being, psychological comfort, satisfaction with the results of therapy, it is possible to speak about the high-quality or poor-quality provision of psychological or psychotherapeutic services.
