The dissertation presents data on a comprehensive clinical-instrumental and psychological examination of 153 children of primary school age before entering and during studying in І-ІV grades of a state school (SES) according to traditional approaches and incorporating Health-saving technology (HST) "Education in moving" .
Professor Dubogai O.D., the author of the HST "Education in moving", along with general requirements, such as the formation of a healthy lifestyle, healthy eating habits, the creation of favorable conditions for training, is entrusted with ensuring adequate correspondingly to the age of physical activity. The provision of new material was carried out in the form of a didactic game with motor activity and included both conscious memory and associative thinking, which provides for the saving of health, disease prevention and improvement of material absorption.
The main group consisted of 65 students of the state school №287 in Kyiv, where HST "Education in moving" was introduced by Prof. O.D. Dubogay. The comparison group included 88 students of the secondary school №3 of Boyarka, Kyiv region, where HST was not used.
We determined statistically significant combinations of factors that affect the health of primary school students and created mathematical models for forecasting the development of school dysaptation and functional gastrointestinal disorders, disorders of vision and posture, during the questioning parents that was developed by us.
The medical and psychological components of HST "Education in moving" were developed during the study and proved its medical, psychological and economical sufficiency.
We stated that entering the school children at the age of 6 years due to their functional immaturity are more vulnerable to failure of adoption processes, developing of the chronicle pathology and school dysaptation comparing to the 7 years pupils.
Using HST "Education in moving" during the studies in primary school, significant increasing of the number of students with harmonious development (by 36.2 %) was proved, their adaptation-reserve capacities are increased, positive influence on the functional state of the cardiovascular system is observed in dynamics the Baevsky index, the results of the clinorthostatic test, the Ruff's test and the functional tests with physical activity. In addition, it has been proved that HST "Education in moving" contributes to a quicker leveling of the difference in physical development and the level of adaptation of children who began studying at the age of 6 compared to the children of the age of 7.
It is proved that daily respiratory exercises with the use of HST "Education in moving", significantly increase students' resistance to hypoxia, contribute to the growth of reserve capacity of the respiratory system, provide a high level of anti-infective resistance with a significant decrease in the incidence, duration and severity of the course of acute respiratory infections, reduce the number of missed by illness during school days and preventing the formation of functional and chronic pathology.
In the course of the study, the positive effect of HST on the psychological state of students was proved, and its positive role in prevention of school dysaptation and in increasing school motivation of students was confirmed.
Based on the results of the study, an algorithm for medical and psychological support of children who attend primary school using health-saving technology "Education in moving" was created. The coefficients of social and economic efficiency of the use of HST "Education in moving" were calculated and it is proved that its wide introduction in the work of educational institutions promotes preservation of the level of health with which a child has come to school, forms the right attitude to healthy lifestyle among schoolchildren and their parents, practically does not require material spends and functions without interruption of the educational process.
