Essay

The thesis is devoted to problems of improvement of theoretical and methodical principles of organization and methods of accounting and internal control in the management of production of products in meat processing enterprises. The influence of organizational and technological features of meat and meat products production on the construction of accounting and organization of internal control in meat processing enterprises is disclosed. The objects of accounting, objects of cost accounting and nomenclature of items of expenses at meat and fat production with the account of modern production’s technologies of meat products are specified. The advanced method of the integrated accounting of meat production costs and the method of carrying out the calculation of meat costs according to its types and categories is proposed.
