Essay

In the dissertation the theoretical substantiation of mechanisms of the development of staffing potential of the civil service has been made and the practical recommendations for their improvement in the conditions of public administration reforms in Ukraine have been developed. The state of the research of the phenomenon “staffing potential of the civil service” (SРСS) in the scientific discourse has been analyzed and its conceptual categorical apparatus has been developed. The essence of such basic definitions of the work as “staffing potential of a civil servant”, “staffing potential of the civil service”, “development of staffing potential” has been established.
