Mahdenko H. Pathogenesis of changes in buccal epithelium and dynamics of CD- antigens at uterine fibroids

Object - uterine myoma in women aged from 26 to 64 years old; the purpose is to determine the state of buccal epithelium in the process of pathogenesis of uterine fibroids, taking into account its interaction with CD-antigens; methods - pathophysiological, cytological, immunological, statistical; results - It has been established that buccal epithelium changes its morphological characteristics in the uterine myoma (uterine fibroids). Investigated pathology is a systemic process, on which other tissues react, especially the epithelium of the oral cavity. It has been established that in the uterine myoma, the number of leukocytes with antigens CD 38, CD 45 and CD 95 increases. The most pronounced changes were observed in the CD 95 study. And in the future, the study of buccal epithelium may be recommended for the early diagnosis of myoma uterus, as a measure of screening method. Combination and peculiarity of the above-mentioned changes in parameters of buccal epithelium is characteristic for the diagnosis of uterine fibroids: the presence of such combination of changes in the buccal epithelium cells has been discovered in multiple tests in patients with the studied pathology. The obtained results give us the opportunity to pathogenetically justify the further use of the diagnosis of the buccal epithelium and cluster of differentiation CD 95, as markers of the presence of a myoma.
