Essay

The object of research is the process of managing business processes in a functional-oriented organization; the purpose of the research is to ensure the effectiveness of the analysis of business processes in a functional-oriented organization, taking into account the interval uncertainty of expert assessments; methods of research are principles of system analysis; methods of matrix analysis; methods of optimization theory; methods of interval analysis; results are created by application information technology for analyzing business processes in a functional-oriented organization in conditions of interval uncertainty of expert assessments; novelty is that for the first time a matrix method for evaluating the effectiveness of business processes in a functional-oriented organization is developed, which unlike existing ones provides unambiguousness aggregation of indicators of business processes, in particular, in the conditions of interval uncertainty of expert assessments; the optimization model of resource provision of business processes in a functional-oriented organization has been improved by taking into account the interval uncertainty of expert assessments, which makes it possible to assess the stability of the optimal solution; further developed the information technology of the analysis of business processes in a functional-oriented organization by infographic analysis of aggregate indicators of multidimensional objects and systems, which enables to provide effective support for decision-making in conditions of interval uncertainty of expert data; implementation: at JSC "Motor Sich"; "SIGMA Software"; PJSC "FED"; at the National Aerospace University named after N.Ye. Zhukovskiy "KhAI"; the field of use is function-oriented organizations.
