Hodich O. Methods of forming requirements for metrological service of special communication means

The dissertation is devoted to questions of increasing efficiency and reducing costs for metrological maintenance when establishing the real technical state of special communication means. For this as well as functional dependences of the values of the reliability indicators of the diagnostic means of the special communication with multiple defects on the controlled variables were obtained and investigated. The method of forming the requirements for measuring instruments of the parameters of special communication means during their maintenance and on-going repair is improved, which, in contrast to the existing ones, additionally takes into account the possibility of using all kinds of redundancy of special communication means to improve the quality of diagnostic support. Further development of the method of forming the requirements for the means of measuring hardware technical support for the restoration of the working capacity of special communication with emergency and combat damage, which, due to the use of these new relationships, gives an opportunity to substantiate the requirements for the minimum required values оf metrological characteristics of measuring equipment for the acquisition of hardware technical support. The use of the obtained results allowed to increase the efficiency of the evaluation of the technical state of special communication means in the field up to 30%, to reduce the average recovery time during the current repair and to eliminate the weak damage and, accordingly, reduce the cost of their metrological maintenance.
