Object of the research: civil circulation of objects of civil law. Objective: definition of the general provisions of civilian turnover, the limits of the use of this concept and on their basis the establishment of methods and forms of civil circulation of things, their interrelation as elements of a unified system. Methods: historical-legal, deductive, system-structural, system-functional, etc. Scientific novelty: it was first established that the structure of civilian turnover consists of two elements – methods and forms that are indivisible to the whole. The provision on the transfer of civil rights objects from the addressee to the addressee is improved, which is a process that is expressed in changing the status of the assignment of a thing. The further development of the thesis that only objects of civil law can be considered as the object of alienation and the transition in civilian circulation, and the object of succession and the establishment of rights is only rights (duties). Practical value: further study of the problem aspects of civilian turnover and improvement of domestic legislation by introducing changes and additions to normative legal acts in the field of civilian turnover. Scope of application: while teaching the courses in civil law disciplines.
