Yakymchuk N. Prevention of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with placental dysfunction considering the psycho-emotional state

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of reducing the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with placental dysfunction and various types of psychological component of gestational dominant. The study of the functional state of the fetoplacental complex and psycho-emotional features of the organism was carried out, a diagnostic algorithm was modified and a differentiated approach to the preconception planning program was implemented. The results of the study of the structure and frequency of various types of the psychological component of the gestational dominant, their interrelation with gestational complications were presented; the estimation of hormonal imbalance and adaptive mechanisms of the fetoplacental complex during pregnancy in 130 women with unfavourable gestational types of psychological component of gestational dominant (anxious, depressed, euphoric and hypogestognostic) was carried out. The diagnostic algorithm and personified program of psycho-regulating techniques and medication drugs were developed and implemented at the stage of preconception planning, which contributed to a decrease by half of the gestational complications proportion.
