In the structure of a wide range of somatic diseases, the varicose disease of the lower extremities has one of the leading places, especially in recent years, and during pregnancy the influence of this pathology is connected, first of all, with the development of systemic hemostatic disorders, thrombophilic states and changes of hemodynamics in the fetoplacental complex. The work represents the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the offered advanced algorithm for prognostic and therapeutic-prophylactic measures in pregnant women with varicose disease of the lower extremities on the basis of the study of clinical-functional, hemostatic, morphological peculiarities of the fetoplacental complex state. The dependence between the progression of varicose veins and hemodynamic disorders in the fetoplacental complex, the hormonal depression of the synthesis of the main markers of the endocrine function, and the increase in the proportion of gestational complications and negative perinatal consequences have been determined. The offered program of therapeutic-preventive measures allowed us to reduce the incidence of miscarriage 2,2-fold, preeclampsia and placental dysfunction 2.0-fold.
