The object of the research is the process of strategic management of subsidiary business processes of industrial economic association. The research aims to the improvement of theoretical positions and methodical and applied recommendations of process of strategic management of subsidiary business processes of industrial economic association. The author used such methods as: method of analysis and synthesis, comparison, systematization and generalization, statistical analysis, case study method, expert estimation method and taxonomic method, graphical method. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to the study of the theoretical principles on improving the process of strategic management of subsidiary business processes of industrial economic association. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time, the basis of the use of the duplication factor mechanism of the choice of the strategy of management of auxiliary business processes in industrial and economic association, the model of the analysis of auxiliary business processes in industrial and business associations, the matrix "Innovation of DBP-Difficulty of DBP", the order of strategic management of auxiliary business processes in industrial and economic associations, the grouping of auxiliary business processes and the typology of strategies for management of auxiliary business processes have been developed. ,The subject of research refers to theoretical and methodological support and scientific and practical recommendations on the choice of strategies for management of auxiliary business processes in industrial and economic associations. Author’s recommendations are used during the improvement of the process of strategic management of subsidiary business processes of industrial economic association. The sphere for the use of author’s recommendations is revered to industrial and economic associations.
