Mychka V. Genesis of the Criminal Procedural Function of the Prosecutor's Office at the Pre-trial Stages of Criminal Proceedings (second half of the nineteenth century 1991).

The dissertation is devoted to research of originality of modern scientific interpretation of concepts “principles of the activities of the Procurator's Office", “criminal procedural function of the Prosecutor's Office” as the basic methodological determinants of impartial historical and legal evaluation of the Prosecutor's Office as a subject of criminal procedural legal relations in the investigated period. The periodization of the development of the criminal procedural function of the Prosecutor's Office at the pre-trial stages of criminal proceedings in Ukraine second half of the XIX century until 1991 is represented. The peculiarities of the Prosecutor's Office's implementation of the criminal procedural function at the pre-trial stages of criminal proceedings in the second half of the XIX century first half of XX century are monitored. The Prosecutor's Office's implementation of the criminal procedural function at the pre-trial stages of criminal proceedings from the mid-1950s to Ukraine's independence had made strides to highlight.
