Essay

Object is the process of formation of competitive strategies of the bakery industry enterprises of Ukraine. The purpose is to substantiate theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for the development of organizational and economic preconditions for the formation of competitive strategies of the bakery industry enterprises of Ukraine. Methods are dialectical and abstract-logical, expert evaluations, vertical and horizontal analysis, induction and deduction, structural semantic analysis, statistical analysis, correlation-regression prediction methods, PEST analysis, McKinsey / General Electric matrix analysis, analysis with application Shell / Direct Policy Matrix, Strategic Analysis of Bakery Enterprises with the Arthur D. Little. The results are realized through the development of scientific-methodical and practical approaches to the development of organizational and economic principles of the formation of competitive strategies of the bakery industry enterprises of Ukraine. The novelty lies in the substantiation of theoretical, methodological and applied principles of the formation of competitive strategies of the enterprises of the bakery industry of Ukraine. Introduced in to the activity of the Agrarian Policy Department of the Odesa Regional State Administration, PCF «Fontan», LLC «Semayan» Ltd., PE «Farat», Odesa I.I.Mechnikov National University. The sphere of use is the activity of small, medium and large enterprises.
