Object of research: the process of management in the field of social responsibility of enterprise. Purpose: scientific substantiation of the principles and mechanisms of corporate social responsibility management. Methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, abstraction, deduction, formal logic, standardization, economical-comparative and content analysis, statistical and sociological, economic modeling, structural-functional. Novelty: for the first time, an organizational mechanism for the adoption and implementation of management decisions in the area of social responsibility of enterprise, based on new principles and management models, that grounded on internal and external information and resource support, focused on inter-system integration in functional, project and situational management; the principles of social responsibility management, models of social responsibility management for large, small and medium enterprises, definition of the concept of "management of social responsibility" - as a kind of management activity, the methodology of the formation of a system of social responsibility management, scientific provisions regarding socio-political and socio-economic preconditions of implementation management of corporate social responsibility in Ukraine, methodology for analyzing social responsibility practices for large enterprises are improved. Scope: in research work – in studying the problems of social responsibility of business within the framework of developing ways to harmonize the interests of enterprises, society and the state, in the management of enterprises - in implementing the principles, models and mechanism of social responsibility management, in the educational process - in the preparation of training and work programs, methodical instructions for self-study, teaching of economic educational disciplines "Microeconomics", "Economics of labor and social-labor relations".
