Essay

Objective: Study of theoretical and methodical positions and provide practical recommendations on human resources management of seaports. The object of the research is the process of innovation activity of human resources seaports. Methods of investigation score and expert assessment; terminological analysis; generalization, grouping, systematic approach; system-structural method, structural-functional, logical generalization; analysis of variance, data clustering, cluster analysis; scientific analysis. For the first time, an approach to the assessment of the state of human resources innovation activity. The following was improved: definition and systematization of the factors that characterize the state of human resources of seaports; - organizational and economic mechanism of decision formation on procedures of human resources innovation activity; selection strategy algorithm of the development management of human resources based on the use of matrix approach; procedure adaptation of Conduct human resources attitude to changes in the management of their innovative activity. The following was further elaborated: justification of human resources importance to enhancing innovation; study of the nature and principles of human resource management; functional model of innovative activity management of human resources; approach to identify areas of the state analysis of seaports innovation activity. Scope: seaports.
