Vashchenko A. Theoretical and legal aspects of co-relation of law-making activity of bodies and officials of the state and local self-government in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and legal aspects of the co-relation of law-making activity of bodies and officials of the state and local self-government, determination of problems of its implementation in Ukraine, development trends and ways of improvement. In the scientific work have been performed an analysis of the history of the development of ideas about the law-making activity, that allowed to make its periodization within the three stages: 1) domination of the worldview understanding of law-making activity (XI century BC – beginning of XIX century); 2) domination of the legal understanding of law-making activity (beginning of ХІХ century – beginning of ХХ century); 3) domination of the broad (multi aspect) understanding of law-making activity (beginning of XX century – continues to nowadays).
