Teshchuk V. Application of magnetolaser therapy in the complex regenerative treatment of patients suffering from ischemic stroke

A thesis for a candidate degree in medical sciences (doctor of philosophy) in specialty 14.01.33 – Medical rehabilitation, physiotherapy and balneology. – Odessa National Medical University, Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Odessa, 2019. 148 patients who suffered from ischemic stroke, at the stage of early rehabilitation were studied for the effectiveness of the use of different variants of magnetolaser therapy (MLT by local method, RMQT (resonance magnetic quantal therapy by a multi-level method) in addition to drug therapy. It is shown that the additional application of RMQT to the basic medical therapy by the multi-level method increases the efficacy of treatment of patients at the stage of early rehabilitation, which reduces the subjective and neurological manifestations of the disease, improves the cognitive and intellectual-mnemonic functions, the functional state of the cerebral circulation in the main vessels of the head and intracranial arteries and electrogenesis liquor dynamics of the brain, rheological properties of blood coagulation and lipid metabolism. The effectiveness of the use of RMQT by a multi-level technique promotes the achievement of a fairly high quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke immediately after treatment, with subsequent preservation of it for 3 and 6 months according to the parameters of work ability, general well-being, intellectual-mnestic functions, social activity.
