The dissertation is the first complex research in the national science of issues of economic and legal sanctions for breach of obligations in the field of capital construction. The purpose of the work is to identify the peculiarities of economic and legal sanctions for breach of obligations in the field of capital construction, as well as the formulation of practical proposals for improving legislation in this area. It is proposed to classify administrative and economic sanctions in the field of capital construction according to the following criteria: depending on the subject to which administrative and economic sanctions are applied; depending on the direct object of the economic offense; depending on the direction of the impact of economic sanctions.
