The dissertation is devoted to the complex, comparative-legal study of problems of the synergy of public-private partnership and concession activity in the field of management. The scientific approaches to the preconditions of the emergence of concessions and concession legal relations as a legal form of economic management in Ukraine are investigated. Periodization of concession legislation is carried out. The economic and legal significance of concessions in modern economic conditions is scientifically substantiated and analyzed. The historical aspects of the use of public-private partnership in the context of the development of concession relations as the most promising and complex form of interaction of power and business on the basis of historical examples of activity in this area are explored. Based on the generalization of foreign and domestic experience in the organization and functioning of public-private partnership, the main directions of the state policy in the field of formation and functioning of the said institute in Ukraine are proposed. The systematized and generalized world experience of the effectiveness of public-private partnership in the light of Ukraine's integration into the system of legal values of the European Union and identified the factors that determine the prospects for its adaptation to the conditions of Ukraine. The conceptual bases of improvement of concession legislation of Ukraine in the context of harmonization processes to the legislation of the European Union are defined. Practical suggestions and recommendations based on the fundamental possibilities of using public-private partnership and concession activity in the field of management are developed.
