Shcherbyna V. Мeans of legislative technique: theoretical and legal aspects of the formation and improvement

The dissertation is devoted to the identification and characterization theoretical and legal aspects of the means of legislative technique, the history and methodology of their research, categorical measurement, weaknesses and ways of improving their use in the legislative practice of modern Ukraine. In the scientific work an analysis of the history of the formation of ideas about means of legislative technique was carried out, which allowed to make its periodization in two stages: 1) the emergence of ideas about the means of legislative technique (XI century BC – the end of the XVIII century), during which the world-view basis of modern understanding of the means of legislative technique was formed; 2) the formation of ideas about means of legislative technique (beginning of the ХІХ century – continues to these days), characterized by the recognition of means of legislative technique as an independent object of scientific research, studying within the historical, theoretical, branch, and special law sciences. The prospects of scientific research of theoretical and legal aspects of means of legislative technique are determined.
