Kolomiyets V. State bank of development in the institutional structure of the national economy

The dissertation deals with theoretical and practical issues related to the creation and functioning of the State Bank of Development in Ukraine. The provisions of modern science concerning the content of financial policy of the state and its constituents are updated. The financial infrastructure of the modern economy and the place of development institutions in it are described in it. The features of state banks of development as a component of institutional financial infrastructure are disclosed. The preconditions for creating and spread of state banks of development at the global level are outlined. The factors that determine the functioning of state banks of development in countries with different models of national economies are highlighted. The effectiveness of state banks of development in some countries is described. The main problems of investment policy in Ukraine at the present stage are determined, which can be solved potentially with the help of the state bank of development. In the dissertation it is defined the determinants of creation of state bank of development in Ukraine, its key goals and objectives are outlined. The conceptual foundations of state regulation of the activity of state bank of development in our country are established. The pragmatic approaches to the formation and implementation of the financial and investment strategy of state bank of development in Ukraine are formulated, taking into account the actual tasks of the state's financial policy.
