Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of improving the process of teaching physical exercises of schoolchildren of grades 8–9. The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and practical solution of a scientific problem, namely, simulation of the process of teaching physical exercises of schoolchildren of grades 8–9. Defined modeling objects and justified the effectiveness of their use in the process of teaching students. According to the results of the conducted research: grounded plans of factor experiments to study the effects of alternating modes of exercise and rest on the effectiveness of the formation of motor skills in schoolchildren of grades 8–9; obtained results of multifactorial influences of modes of physical exercises on the effectiveness of the process of teaching students of grades 8–9; on the basis of modeling, optimal modes of programmed training were determined for the series of physical exercises of schoolchildren of grades 8–9; developed, experimentally substantiated and tested in practice versions of algorithmic type training programs for schoolchildren of grades 8–9.
