Buriak M. Formation of the financial potential of the region

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical positions and methodical approaches, the development of practical recommendations for the formation of financial potential of the regions. Improved the theoretical approaches to the essence of the notion of financial potential of the region are substantiated, its components are generalized, which makes it possible to improve and develop the tools of financial science. Using the scientific work of domestic and foreign scientists, theoretical approaches were developed to identify the peculiarities of the formation of the financial potential of the regions, as well as to determine the effectiveness of the budget regulation of the financial potential of the regions, which is based on the analysis of the resources of local budgets. Proposed the strategic directions of formation of financial potential of regions, based on national strategic economic programs and regional development plans, taking into account tendencies of development of the social system of Ukraine, are developed. Proposed the measures to strengthen the regions in the generation of financial potential as a factor in the development of their socio-economic systems.
