Zhernovnikova Y. Methods of the development of middle school pupils’ motor qualities considering the levels of biological development at the physical culture lessons

Research object: an educational process of students of basic school is on the lessons of physical culture. Research purpose: to develop and experimentally check up the method of development of motive qualities of students of basic school on the lessons of physical culture in accordance with levels them biological development. Research methods: theoretical; empiric; methods of mathematical statistics. The computer program that allows optimizing work of the physical education teacher with measurement and analyzing data on pupils’ physical development and physical fitness is developed, with subsequent implementation the differentiated approach into physical education lessons at school. The effectiveness of methods of the development of middle school pupils’ motor qualities, considering the levels of biological development at the physical culture lessons was developed and experimentally tested. The age changes of physical development, general physical preparedness of 5-7th grade pupils were investigated; levels of biological development were identified as important factors influencing on the success of physical culture classes.
