Essay

The object of the study – syphilitic infection, the consumption of psychoactive substances. The aim is to prevent syphilis and other sexually transmitted infections among consumers of psychoactive substances by improving medical and social care based on epidemiological and clinical features. Methods: clinical, immunological, serological, bacteriological, molecular genetic, statistical. The prevalence and factors of infection are analyzed, clinico-epidemiological and serological features of syphilis are established. Determined individual immunity indexes in patients with syphilis of consumers of psychoactive substances. The connection between socio-demographic factors, sexual behavior and psychological peculiarities and sexually transmitted infections is established. The spread of sexually transmitted infections is characterized by the analysis of sexual networks. An action program for the prevention of syphilis and other sexually transmitted infections has been developed among consumers of psychoactive substances and algorithms for providing medical and social assistance have been proposed. The results of the dissertation work were introduced into the clinical practice of MNE “Odessa Regional Skin and Venereologic Dispensary” of the Odessa Regional Council, Poltava Regional Clinical Skin and Venereological Dispensary, ME “Rivne Regional Skin and Venereological Dispensary” of Rivne Regional Council, MI “Zaporizhzhia Regional Skin and Venereological Dispensary” of Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, MNE of Kharkiv Regional Council “Regional Clinical Skin and Venereological Dispensary No. 1", as well as in the educational process of the Department of Dermatovenereology and HIV/AIDS of Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, Department of Dermatovenereology and Cosmetology with the Course of Dermatovenereology and Aesthetic Medicine of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education of Zaporizhzhia State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
