Syndetska A. A civil legal protection of inventions in Ukraine

The author's methodology of the study of the chosen topic, which consists of four methodological platforms, according to the structure of work, is proposed in the author’s work and is based on the use of a combination of different methods of scientific knowledge, which makes it possible to explore comprehensively not only the invention, technological, legal, economic and social category, but also the system of its legal protection and to develop recommendations for its improvement in modern Ukrainian realities and, taking into account the necessity to adapt the national legislation on questions of protection of the inventions according to the European standards. An author’s theoretical classification of inventions, their group structuring according to the criteria of greatest similarity and differences are developed.
