The thesis is devoted to solving the problem of differential evaluation of physiological and pathological conditions of the respiratory system on the basis of changes in the biophysical parameters of exhaust air moisture, using the method of laser correlation spectroscopy. The character of adaptive changes of tissue homeostasis of the respiratory tract and respiratory organs in people with physical activity and pathological processes by means of determination of biophysical parameters of the composition of the moisture of the exhalated air is determined. For conducting researches the method of collecting and processing of moisture condensate of exhaust air was developed with the definition of the values of biophysical parameters using the method of laser correlation spectroscopy. The biophysical characteristics of the moisture condensate of the exhalated air, depending on age and with different methods and degrees of loading on the respiratory system, are determined. The changes of biophysical parameters of condensate moisture of exhaled air in acute and chronic diseases of the respiratory system are determined. Based on the data of biophysical investigations of the moisture condensation of the exhalated air, statistically significant differences of these parameters, which depend on the severity of the pathophysiological states in the respiratory system, were established.
