Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of diagnostics and raising the efficiency of treating patients with liver cirrhosis with syntrophic comorbid damages of the blood circulatory system on the basis of their comprehensive characteristics, classification, clarification of the special features of their clinical course and pathogenic mechanisms of appearance as well as outlining their clinical markers. It has been proved that cirrhotic cardiomyopathy of patients with liver cirrhosis is characterized by remodeling left ventricle, diastolic dysfunction and elevated C. tei index of the left ventricle, which significantly deteriorate with increasing severity of cirrhosis, developed classification of cirrhotic cardiomyopathy by degrees of severity. Persistent arterial hypotension is characterized by broken daily rhythm of arterial pressure, deterioration of arterial hypotension with an increase in the severity of cirrhosis. Arterial hypotension has been classified into three degrees of severity. It has been identified some pathogenic mechanisms of cirrhotic cardiomyopathy (sympathicotonia, increase of renin, endothelin-1 and sodium natriuretic peptide) and stable arterial hypotension (suppression of sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the autonomic nervous system, increase in the content of cyclic guanosine monophosphate of the cyclic guanosine monophosphate and hyperaldosteronism). Combination of complaints and symptoms enabling to foresee syntrophic liver damages has been outlined. On the basis of the received information, the complex treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis with syntrophic comorbid lesions of the circulatory system has been modified and its efficiency has been confirmed.
