Essay

The thesis presents for the innovative concept of rights of humanity as special rights of the third generation human rights, including the right to peace, to healthy environment and to sustainable development. The research was based on theoretical synthesis and comprehensive study of these rights, defining therefore the structure, which included substantiation of the humanity’s legal subjectivity, establishment of distinguishing characteristics of rights of humanity, as well as a description of each of these rights, and the analysis of existing and potential mechanisms of their protection.
