Potapenko D. Public-private partnership in the implementation of the innovative potential of the national economy

The thesis is devoted to the peculiarities of public-private partnership in the conditions of realization of the innovative potential of the national economy. A theoretical analysis of the interaction of public and private structures allowed to determine its principles and characteristics. The thesis summarizes various theoretical approaches that reflect the problems of the formation and development of public-private partnerships. The paper shows the place and role of public-private partnership in the modern national economy, explores the mechanism of its implementation and functioning. The international experience of successful implementation of innovative public-private partnership programs has been analyzed. The study examined the model of innovative public-private partnership in the developed countries of the world. The features of the innovation partnership in the EU were also identified, and a comprehensive assessment of the state and development of the innovative public-private partnership model in Ukraine was carried out. The evolution of relations between the state and business in the process of implementation of innovative projects in Ukraine is investigated and on this basis key barriers to the realization of innovative national potential are identified. The dissertation has developed a detailed algorithm for assessing the effectiveness of a public-private partnership for an innovative economy.
