Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological provisions and the substantiation of practical recommendations on the management of interaction between subjects of the human resources training field of oil and gas enterprises. The analysis of oil and gas enterprises provision with the proper human resources has been carried out, the main problems of subjects interaction of human resources training sphere of oil and gas enterprises have been identified. The conditions of reorganization of the traditional «subject-object» relations in the hierarchical pyramid of the MES system are represented, which involve participation in the elaboration, adoption and implementation of important decisions on the joint activity of both subjects and objects of management represented by human and intellectual capital of their carriers. A conceptual model is developed that illustrates the interrelation between the needs of person professional development and the motives for obtaining the necessary volume of knowledge. The necessary changes in the approaches to continuous training and development of oil and gas enterprises human resources are substantiated, the mechanism of the operation of the EI in the market conditions has been improved, taking into account the need for "mental reengineering" carrying out. Innovations to minimize the influence of V. Pareto and M. Ringelmann's effects on the EI activities are proposed, which involve the use of author's and improved approaches with further confirmation of their implementation effectiveness. On the examples of realized changes in the management of interaction of EI and oil and gas enterprises (PJSC «Ukrgazvydobuvannya», JSC «Ukrtransnafta», PJSC «Ukrnafta») it is demonstrated the effectiveness of application of copyright offers.
