Lovochkin M. Features of public-private partnership on the objects of state-owned infrastructure

In dissertation work the consideration and theoretical generalization of the task of the allocation of socio-economic features of public-private partnership on the objects of the state property infrastructure, as well as features of implementation of public-private partnership in Ukraine are revealed. The author had to differentiate between the concept of "infrastructure object" and "service sector", since existing views on infrastructure objects as a "set of auxiliary industries, industries and activities" lead to the identification of these concepts. The work generalizes the accumulated world experience, develops theoretical positions and practical recommendations aimed at attracting non-state investments for the development of state infrastructure objects through the mechanism of public-private partnership.
