Essay

The purpose of the work was basing on the analysis of psychoanamnestic and clinically-psychological characteristics of patients in the remote period (RP) of myocardial infarction (MI), to establish the medically-psychological characteristics of their hypochondrization (HP) and develop a program for the psychological correction of internally- and externally-determinated hypochondria conditions (HC). Using anamnestic, psychodiagnostic clinical-psychological and statistical methods, 100 patients in the RP of the MI were examined, in which manifestations of HC were observed. It has been established that in the process of HP in patients in the RP of the MI, it is possible to form two variants of HC: internal, which is characterized by an egosynthonic nature of the perception of the manifestations of the HC, an independent limitation of activity, the absence of an external control locus of behavior control and external, which is characterized by egodystonic the nature of perception of manifestations of HC, external limitation of activity, the presence of an external locus of behavior control. The characteristics of the internal picture of the disease (IPD) in the patients in the RP of the MI with the given variants of HC are revealed. The features of realization of coping patterns in patients in the RP of MI with these variants of HC are studied. The peculiarities of the clinical and psychological structure of the data of variants of HC in patients in the RP of MI are determined. А structured psychodiagnostic interview that allows differentiating the internal and external variants of the HC in patients in the RP of the MI, was developed and a program for the psychocorrection of variants of HC was created.
