Krivoruchko I. Opposition of the activity of a terrorist organization in Ukraine by the means of criminal justice

The thesis objective is scientific and technical development of the criminal legal basis of opposition of the terrorist organizations activities. In order to achieve the goal, the author uses general scientific methods, in particular, historical, formal-logical, comparison, systematic, structural analysis, as well as an activity approach. In thesis also applied private scientific methods: concrete sociological, statistical, method of modeling, as well as special methods: comparative law, interpretation of legal norms, legal and formal (dogmatic), elimination of gaps in law, etc. In thesis formulates the scientific novelty of the obtained results, which consists in the fact that the thesis is one of the first in Ukraine comprehensive studies of the problems of the opposition activity of a terrorist organization by the means criminal justice.
