Pylypyuk Y. Financial support of innovative development of the Ukrainian economy.

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical bases and applied recommendations for improving the financial support of Ukrainian economy innovative development. The conceptual foundations are grounded and the theoretical principles of innovative economic development are revealed. The main blocks of factors affecting on the innovative development of the Ukrainian economy are identified – exogenous and endogenous factors in relation to the national economy. The institutional and legal components of innovations financial support are investigated. Structural-functional analysis of innovative development financial support in Ukraine is carried out and its features are highlighted. Diagnostics of innovative activity financial support on the national and regional levels of economy is performed. It allows to identify the problems of Ukrainian economy and its Western region innovative development financial support. Vectors of improvement of national economy innovative development financial support are determined. A model for assessing the level of effectiveness of the Ukrainian economy innovative development financial support based on the use of elements of the fuzzy logic theory has been developed. The concept of national economy innovative development financial support improvement with the consideration of foreign experience is suggested. Implementation of this concept will increase the competitiveness of domestic enterprises and will allow to improve the state of the economy.
