Essay

In the dissertation the author has formed criminological principles of prevention of corrupt and corruption-related offenses in local self-government bodies of Ukraine. The author has reasoned the necessity of foreseeing in the Law of Ukraine «On the Prosecutor's Office» the powers of the specialized anti-corruption prosecutor in the field of prevention of corruption and corruption-related offenses. He has suggested to make the duty of the anti-corruption prosecutor to establish, in each criminal proceedings about corruption crimes, the reasons and conditions for their committing and making a submission to eliminate them.
