Volkova T. Criminal-legal Defense of Fishery, Animals, or other Water Biological Resources (Article 249 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)

The dissertation according to its character and content of the researched issues is a complex and systematic scientific work devoted to the criminal-legal defense of fishery, animals, and other water biological resources. Concrete contribution of the dissertator into the scientific research of the mentioned issue consists in the formulation of the scientifically grounded suggestions about the improvement of the certain criminal-legal provisions (Article 249 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and increase of the regulative notion of the criminal law in the researched sphere, which contain novelty aspects and have significant importance for the criminal law science and law enforcement practice of the researched provision
