Mytych S. Crimes Committed in the Sphere of Production and Circulation of Medicines in Ukraine: Criminological Characteristic, Determination and Prevention.

Thesis is devoted to a complex criminological study of the negative socio-legal phenomenon «crime in the production and circulation of medicines», as well as theoretical and practical issues related to the problems of preventing and deterring crimes in this field of activity in Ukraine. The concept, condition, structure and tendencies of crime in the sphere of production and circulation of medicines in Ukraine are considered, criminological characteristics of criminals committing crimes in this area are given. Determination of these crimes is carried out. The possibilities of an implementation in Ukraine of relevant regulations of international legal acts and legislation of foreign countries on counteraction to crimes committed in the sphere of production and circulation of medicines are considered. A complex of general social and special criminological preventive measures for committing crimes in this area is suggesteded.
