The theoretical foundations of innovation theory and generalized classification of innovations in agriculture are analyzed, modem tendencies of innovative development of agricultural enterprises are proved, which confirm the necessity of innovative vector of development of agricultural enterprises in order to ensure stable economic growth and increase of competitiveness. The task, principles and attributes of forming a system of bank lending for innovative development of agricultural enterprises based on theoretical aspects of modem concepts of credit and innovations are specified.
