Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the generalization of theoretical principles and to the improvement of scientific and methodological approaches to ecological and economic substantiation of the dematerialization of products production and consumption. The model of the market for re-use of consumer goods is formed for the first time, which is based on the definition and management of the influ-ence of market factors on the demand and behavior of consumers to achieve the goals of dematerialization. In order to reduce the destructive influence of material flows on the environment at the expense of dematerialization of goods and ser-vices, the scientific and methodical approaches to assessing the level of demateri-alization of products as well as socio-ecological and economic effects and the effi-ciency of dematerialization changes at the enterprise, taking into account poten-tial economic losses and economic impacts of influence, have been improved. The theoretical and conceptual model of the material balance of the national economy as a social and economic system with consideration of information factors is im-proved. Unlike the existing model, it is presented in two interpretations: as a model of the material balance in physical and economic terms, and as a model of material balance based on Cobb-Douglas production functions. To ensure dema-terialization changes, the author has formed a theoretical and conceptual ap-proach to the formation of an ecological and economic mechanism of manage-ment of dematerialization at the enterprise, the distinguishing features of which are the stepwise implementation of dematerialization changes and taking into ac-count the socio-ecological and economic effects of the influence of dematerializa-tion on activity enterprises. The theoretical approaches to the formation of strat-egy of dematerialization shifts at the enterprise are developed, which take into account the extended range of factors of dematerialization of the enterprise in or-der to prevent destructive influence of economic processes on the environment while simultaneously observing the economic interests of economic entities.
