Al Jammal G. Strategy of Corruption Risk Minimization in Providing Economic Security of Business Entities

The thesis is devoted to the important scientific problem solution for the strategy of corruption risk minimization in providing economic security of business entities. The theoretical aspects and contemporary trends of corruption manifestation for the world and Ukrainian business are covered, as well as ways of its partial or complete overcoming. The analysis of the international and national legislation in the sphere of fighting and combating corruption was carried out. The theoretical provisions and methodological approaches to information and analytical support for assessing the level of economic security of economic entities are generalized, and on this basis, the parameters for assessing the level of compliance component in the system of economic security are identified. The scientifically-practical approach to anticorruption compliance in the system of economic security management of economic entities is substantiated and developed. A methodical approach to the assessment of corruption risks in the activities of business entities is developed and ways of practical implementation are substantiated. The strategy of reducing or eliminating corruption risks in the activities of business entities with the aim of enhancing economic security is improved.
