Essay

The thesis substantiates theoretical and methodological bases and develops practical recommendations how to improve the mechanisms of state regulation regarding social protection of the participants in antiterrorist operation (hereinafter the ATO participants) and their family members. The scientific scrutiny of the problem under investigation has been determined. The study has revealed that there are no scientific surveys which comprehensively contemplate the state regulation regarding social protection of the ATO participants and their family members.
