Essay

Object: the process of managing the strategic development of the enterprise in order to increase its market sustainability. Purpose: improvement of scientific and systematic methods with the purpose to manage the strategic development of the enterprise in order to increase its market sustainability in changeable conditions of external environments. Research methods: theoretical summarize, analysis and synthesis, vertical and horizontal analysis, peer reviews and clustering, induction and deduction, structure and semantic analysis, statistic and financial analysis, systematic, comparative and strategic analysis. Improved: theoretical and methodological approach to estimation of market sustainability, which includes passing the following nine consistent stages; theoretical and methodological approach to estimation of market sustainability of the enterprise and its structural elements, which has in its bases the division of meanings in different rages from (-1,0) till (+1,0); estimation of market sustainability of the enterprise, which allows to identify four stages of market sustainability: stable, adaptive, low and critical; scientific approach to determine the directions of strategic growth of functional enterprise coordination and choosing for each of them its suitable functional strategy; procedure of determining the enterprise growth, that according to execution of external environment, apart from traditional methods, includes in itself the analysis of creating the chain of value and besides the traditional analysis, while proceeding the condition of external environment make the analysis of market sustainability; organizational principles of creating public-private partnerships (PPP) with the assistance of territorial societies and animal cooperatives (diary and/or meat direction); obtained further development: growth classification of socio-economic system, which includes in itself the influence on competitive position of the enterprise; the theory of strategic direction in some parts of the meaning of definitions: “enterprise development”, “strategic enterprise growth ”, “strategy of enterprise development”, “market sustainability of the enterprise”. Sphere of application: industrial enterprises.
