Lizunova O. Constitutional and legal bases of the Informational Support for elections in Ukraine.

The thesis focuses on the Informational support for elections in Ukraine.The author has defined a concept, maintenance and essence of the Informational Support for electoral process, the historical stages of forming of institute of the Informational Support for elections in Ukraine are analysed. The author has analyzed the legal regulation of the Informational support for elections in Ukraine and presented own recommendations on its improvement. The author has explored foreign experience in the field of Informational support for elections. The features of the mechanism the informational support for elections are singled out. The development and adoption of the Electoral Code of Ukraine, which would serve as a mechanism for systematization and unification of various electoral procedures, was substantiated. The possibility of introduction of electronic voting in Ukraine, on the basis of block-chine technology is explored.
